Welcome to my joyful studio!

I’m Jen, the owner, artist and designer behind Hen & Rose. I work out of my home studio in northern Virginia illustrating my happy heart out to bring the sweetest family & kid-friendly printables straight to your home, classroom, church, and celebrations!

I’m a mom of 2 and a working artist with a diverse art background. I have a studio art degree from Messiah University (where I fell in love with a zillion art disciplines) and nearly 20 years of professional creative experience in creative direction, graphic design, and illustration. Art is one of my greatest passions and I’m so happy to be able to share a piece of it with you through my small business! 

My promise to you: 

All of my designs are 100% made by me. I do not use clip art, AI generated artwork, or design templates, and I never license other artists’ artwork to use in my products. My illustrations are drawn by hand (lefty here!) and my designs are created from scratch using Adobe design software.
